Client & Position Evaluation

As part of our process, we assess the organization's needs, objectives, and expectations. We gather this information in collaboration with you, including understanding the organization's culture and organizational structure, the position's role and responsibilities, qualifications, and the ideal candidate profile. We analyze the job description, identify the key responsibilities, determine the necessary skills and qualifications, and identify any specific requirements.

Research & Sourcing

For identifying candidates, we use a variety of research methodologies. Innovative recruitment research methodology & social network analysis (SNA) provide us with an additional edge to do headhunting from target organizations. In order to assess potential candidates' suitability for the role, further research can be conducted. This can include reviewing their work history and references, conducting pre-employment tests, and conducting interviews.

Re-evaluations of Candidates

We would like to re-evaluate all potential candidates and share the best qualified candidates with our clients, informing them about backup candidates as well.

Interview & Selection

MeritFox India, we are committed to finding the best possible candidates for our clients. We work closely with our clients & candidates to avoid any last minute’s fallout in entire interview process. We believe that the interview and selection stage is a critical part of the recruitment process, and we work closely to client & candidate to have better experience. Once Client completed the interview process, we work with our clients to make a final selection.

Closure & Reference

MeritFox is excited to see our client in the mood to hire which candidate. We are helping our client to facilitating the offer and if required to do Negotiation on behalf of our client. We also work with candidate to know about Offer Acceptance time, joining time. Furthermore, we also conduct Reference / background check if required by client.

Onboarding & Post joining Follow-up

At Meritfox, we prioritize keeping you updated until the candidate has been successfully onboarded into the organization. We understand that the initial weeks of a new job can be vital to the success of the new hire, so we collaborate closely with you and the candidate to make sure the onboarding process is seamless. We also stay in touch with the candidate for up to three months in case any issues arise.
